Q. How do I recharge or buy a Minute Values Phone CardSM?
Just follow the simple two step process. You will be required to enter the phone number from which you will primarily be making most of your calls so that we can provide you a local access number. You will have the choice of buying the Minute Values Phone CardSM in the following denominations:
• $5.00 • $10.00 • $20.00
Upon successfully filling in your billing information, you will receive a local access number and PIN to immediately start using the service. We will also email your account information.
Q. How do I get my local access number?
To receive a local access number, dial the following toll-free gateways or visit the our website and click on the link for "Local Numbers" on your main screen.

Q. How do I find out if my local access number is a local call?
The only way to be certain if the access number is a local call is by calling your operator (in most cases this is done by dialing '0'). We are not responsible for any charges from your local phone company incurred as a result of dialing the local access number.

Q. How many minutes will I get on my card?
The number of minutes available is determined by your current card balance and the rate to the destination which you are calling. Each time you use your phone card to place a call, the number of minutes available for your call will be announced to you before the call connects.
Q. Are there additional fees?
There are no connection fees*, maintenance fees, or any other hidden charges associated with the Minute Values Phone CardSM calling card. All usage is billed in 1-minute increments.

Q. What is the expiration date of my calling card?
The balance on your calling card expires six (6) months from the date of purchase or ninety-nine (99) days from first use, unless you recharge within that time period. For each recharge transaction, the expiration on your card is extended ninety-nine (99) days from the date of recharge.
Q. Does the card work from any phone?
You can call from any phone within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).* **

Q. Can I call from a payphone?
Yes. A surcharge of $0.75 applies to toll-free calls originating from a payphone.
Q. Why am I being charged two cents a minute instead of one?
The reason you are being charged 2¢ a minute for domestic calls instead of 1¢ per minute is because you are using a toll-free access number to make calls. The Terms and Conditions outline that 1¢ per minute surcharge for calls originating from a toll-free access number. Dialing from some rural areas may require the use of a toll-free access number or may be excluded.
Q. Why is my call disconnected after 30 minutes?
The Terms and Conditions of the phone card state that all calls are limited to thirty (30) minutes. The reason the calls are only thirty (30) minutes long is to give other customers an opportunity to make calls.
Q. Why am I being charged every time I make a call but no one picks up?
Rings or busy signals longer than twenty (20) seconds will begin to deduct minutes from your phone card.
Q. Why does the system tell me my PIN is invalid?
Your PIN number could be expired or deactivated. Please contact a customer service in order to follow up on this matter.
Q. What do I do if my PIN was lost?
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misused PINs. Please take special care of your phone card PINs.
Q. When I try to make a call, I get the following message: “The number you have entered is invalid.” Why?
You may have missed dialed your destination number. Please make sure you are following the exact instructions that we emailed you when you purchased your calling card. Also be aware that some payphones and cellular phones have restrictions. Check the number and dial again. If the problem persists, please call customer service.
Q. Why am I getting a busy signal?
If you receive a busy signal, more than likely your destination party is using the phone. Please wait 5 minutes and try calling your party back again. If you continue to receive busy signals and you are sure your party is not using their phone, please call customer service.
Q. How can I register my phone number?
You can register up to five (5) different phone numbers. This allows you to call from 5 different phones without having to enter the PIN each time.
You can register your phone number by dialing the local access number, entering your PIN, and then entering *2. That will automatically register your phone. To confirm, the system will repeat your number back to you. Keep in mind when calling that if you have caller ID blocking, you must enter *82 in front of the local access number to unblock it.
You can also log onto your personal account manager to register phone numbers.
Q. My phone number is registered but I still need to enter the PIN number. Why?
In most cases this is because your phone number is private and our system cannot detect it. In order to unblock your number, you must enter *82 before calling the local access number.
Q. How can I transfer funds?
You can transfer funds by dialing your local access number, entering in your old PIN number and then pressing *41. It will then ask you to enter in the new PIN number you wish to transfer from. Keep in mind you can ONLY transfer from new unused PINs onto your existing phone card.
You can also log onto your personal account manager to initiate PIN transfers.
Q. Will the expiration date be extended if I transfer funds from another PIN or recharge with a credit card?
The expiration date will be reset to ninety-nine (99) days whenever funds are added via PIN transfer or using a credit card.
Q. Can I recharge my calling card?
Yes. To continue enjoying our low rates without having to change your PIN, please call customer service or visit your personal account manager to buy an additional bucket. You will have the choice of recharging your calling card in the following denominations:

Q. What is the Auto-Recharge option?
The Auto-Recharge option ensures that you always have funds in your account to make calls. The user chooses a designated dollar amount to be automatically recharged to the calling card upon falling below a minimum balance threshold.
Q. How do I get billed for the calling card?
We bill your credit card upon sign-up. If you have chosen the Auto-Recharge option, you will get billed a designated dollar amount upon reaching a minimum card balance threshold set by you.
Q. How do I cancel the Auto-Recharge option on my calling card?
To cancel the Auto-Recharge option, please send an email or fax with the following information: (i) full name; and (ii) PIN Number.
